FOR SALE: 108 Mallory Drive in Lexington Master Plan Homes Inc. is a residential construction company based in Lexington, SC. It is operated by Jon Foster and Salim Khalil.  We both reside in Lexington SC and we both have offices in our homes.  Having home-based offices allows us to keep overhead expenses down and therefore provide very competitive rates for our services. The primary service our company provides at this time is custom home building.  We typically work with people that have purchased a lot or land, either have or are working on house plans, and are ready to build their home.  We also are now providing custom house plan services. We have built homes across the Greater Lexington & Columbia areas ranging from 2,000 square feet to over 5,500 square feet. Some of these homes have been in developed neighborhoods while others have been on private land.  We are known to be very honest men of integrity. When we build someone's house, it is very important for us to provide services with care and respect - it is going to be their home afterall. Often times our professional relationship with clients turns into personal friendships which we value. Jon Foster graduated from Clemson University in 1989 with a B.S. in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management and graduated from Southeastern Seminary with a Masters degree in Christian Education.  He served on a church staff as Youth Pastor and Church Administrator before he began working in residential construction.  Jon is a licensed residential builder for the state of South Carolina.  He lives in Lexington with his wife Patrice and their children Mallory, Jonathan, William, and Matthew.  Jon can be reached at 803-331-8338 or jon@masterplanhomesinc.com. Salim Khalil graduated from Clemson University in 1999 with a B.S. degree in Business Management.  He worked in the Information Technology department of SCANA before entering the residential construction industry.  Salim is a licensed residential builder for the state of South Carolina and has earned the Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders.  He lives in Lexington with his wife Amanda and their children Abraham and Samira.
